President and Founder of Hanley Harper Group, Inc.
Beata Chochla is a woman of two worlds joined by education.
Growing up in Poland, Beata Chochla learned the value of a quality education. In her home country, where education, family and church are revered, Beata learned that with the three in balance everything is possible.
Today, she leads a successful education management company, Hanley Harper Group, Inc. (HHG), whose mission, in part, is to establish schools with a quality curriculum based on national and international standards. She founded HHG, Inc. in 2004 along with her first school, Hanley International Academy.
Her keen business sense was honed as the founder of several successful small businesses including a travel agency, specialized home care services and property management company. Beata also served as a paralegal and a multi-lingual translator interpreting documents and coordinating citizenships programs.
Beata believes that the avenue to prosperity and peace, as Poland has demonstrated, is through education and by working in the community, as she does by volunteering often at her church and with local organizations.
Just as she has experienced success through education, first obtaining her degree in Theology and now pursuing her doctorate degree in Human Psychology and Theology at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, Poland, Beata’s objective is to provide educational opportunities to unite students around the world.
Beata did this by opening five charter public schools: Hanley International Academy (2004), Taylor International Academy (2010), Academy of International Studies (2011), Jefferson International Academy (2013) and Frederick Douglass International Academy (2015). She continues her legacy to create and build quality schools.
